User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5

mousewheel.horizscroll.withnokey.action is set to 0.
mousewheel.horizscroll.withnokey.numlines is set to 1.

Attempting to scroll horizontally with the touchpad does nothing in FF. It works in IE, IrfanView, etc. Vertical scrolling works just fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to scroll horizontally with touchpad.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
The window scrolls horizontally.

I tried fiddling with the mousewheel.horizscroll settings, but was unable to get the horizontal scroll feature to do _anything_ in FF.
What kind of touchpad, Synaptics? Maybe there is an updated driver on the Synaptics site.

Alps Electric "Alps Pointing-device", which is built in on Toshiba Tecra A2 notebooks. I am using what appears to be the latest driver. As I mentioned, the device works perfectly in other applications.
