I try to print this page in Firefox 1.5 and it will only print the first page.. IE (yuk) will print all 4 pages.  I've tried selecting what I need to print, and that does not work either.. never tested printing much in 1.07 - it always seemed to work - until now.. URL is provided.. thanks.. and keep up the good work!! I love firefox 98% of the time :)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load http://www.cox.com/hr/telephone/pricing-telephone.asp
2.try to print (print preview shows only 1 page also)

Actual Results:  
Prints only the first page.

Expected Results:  
Prints only the first page.

Should print all 4 pages correctly.
