User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 Websites that I frequent don't work correctly since I've upgraded. I'm not sure if it's a Flashplayer (Macromedia) problem, or Java. One example is, I have Roadrunner and go to their site everyday. It won't load. All I can get is a blue screen and the task bar shows fully loaded. If I use Firefox in Safe Mode, it will work. I've disabled extensions, changed themes and nothing worked. I'd like to go back to the other version(before the upgrade), where everything worked flawlessly.I'm being forced to go back to I.E., or run in Safemode. I'm sorry that I can't give more detailed specific's. Reproducible: Always
You could do a profile clean-up: Close Firefox, restart your computer, click Start -> Run and type: %appdata% Open the folder Mozilla and delete everything in your profile EXCEPT for the following files: bookmarks.html, prefs.js, user.js, cookies.txt, history.dat, hostperm.1, signons.txt, key3.db and the folder chrome. Then start Firefox.
And install the latest version of course: http://www.mozilla.com/
