Right-clicking inside help viewer should allow Copy / copying

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In firefox, open the help viewer under Help->Help contents or by pressing F1
2. Select some text inside the help viewer and right-click



Actual Results:  
There appears no Copy choice in the context menu

I see this on the branch (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 ID:2005111116) but on the trunk there is a copy menu item.

This was fixed on trunk.
Workaround: press Ctrl+C.
