From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.0; Windows 98; DigExt) BuildID: 2000031317 The banner on the top of this page stays static, even when the scrollbar on the right is moved. The banner also covers up the top part of the text, making it unreadable. The IE behavior is to have the banner appear *above* the text, and when the text is scrolled up, the banner moves with it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to : http://www.projectcool.com/developer/dynamic/css5min.html 2.Move the scrollbar on the right down. 3.Observe the banner Actual Results: The banner appears on top of some of the text and doesn't move Expected Results: the banner appears above the text, and scrolls along with the text.
I don't see this on Linux build 2000.03.16.09. What I do see, though, is that the image isn't centered although the DIV has ALIGN=center.
With today's build I don't see a problem with the banner being static as the window is scrolled. I'm pretty sure this problem was recently fixed. As far as the banner being centered or not, that's a separate issue and create a new bug for that if necessary

Hmmmm. . . With Mozilla build: 2000031605 and 2000031608 The banner doesn't show up at all! With IE or NN, the banner is at the top of the page. I think this needs to be re-opened. One other thing... When submitting bugs, should I be concerned with the regular Mozilla build, or the NB1B ?? I guess I'm a bit confused as to the split, and if a bug is fixed in one, is it fixed in the other, etc. . .? -WD
It's best if you're running the daily build. You can use the beta 1 build as well, but then when we get the bug we will test against our developer builds. That's okay, it just means we may mark the bug as WORKSFORME or FIXED even though in your build it's obviously broken
There are a cuple of bugs regarding document.write screwing up pages. What happens if you put the CSS include straight into the page, without the document.write?
