Created attachment 206507 [details] Screenshot showing glitch Notice how "West" is OK (not over the ad) but the lines below show offset pixels
Changing from Firefox to Core as the same glitch shows in Seamonkey 1.0 beta (Gecko/20051219 SeaMonkey/1.0b) (hope that's the right thing to do for what must be a Gecko bug)

Created attachment 209828 [details] Screenshot showing results of testcase with FFx 22.214.171.124 rc1 (2006011904)
Boiled this down to a testcase. Turns out it's nothing to do with google's ad code, any iframe will do (changed bug subject accordingly). Testcase doesn't work in latest trunk (2006012609).
Summary: Display glitch with hover menu over google-generated ad → Display glitch with hover menu over iframe (rounding?)
I'm seeing also a glitch with Mozilla1.7.12, although a different one. This might be a duplicate of some other bug.

This testcase works on ff 126.96.36.199 Linux but when hovering an image instead of text over the iFrame the glitch still exists.
