Steps: Just install the build on a Win 95 system. Try to launch the application.
Nothing comes up.

Build and Platform: 2000-03-16-09-M15, Windows commercial Trunk build on Win 95
only. Tried 2000-03-15-09-M15 build also. And tried on different Win 95 also.

John Morrison also sees this problem.
Note: Not sure if this bug belongs to "Installer" Component.
See also bug #32183 which is for a similar, if not identical failure to run
on win95 only, beginning sometime on the 14th. In that bug, they get error
messages about failure to load necko.dll immediately before mozilla terminates
itself (note: those error messages may be disabled in the comm bits, but I don't
know for sure).
Severity: normal → blocker
Priority: P3 → P1
jrgm, the only way I got those comments was by running with the -console option.
Running just mozilla.exe does not show those errors. If you have access to the
the commercial build on win95 with this problem you might run with -console so
we can compair.
Sure I ran with -console but the printf is inside an #ifdef
PRINT_CRITICAL_ERROR_TO_SCREEN which _may_ be disabled in the commercial builds
but I haven't checked whether that's true (but it's possible). At any rate,
on the other bug, I've noted a possible cause (but again I'm not sure :-])

Now back to my regularly scheduled job :-].
ruslan rolled back a change to necko that appears to have fixed this problem.
(See bug #32183). The commercial build, on the trunk, 2000031709 now launches
and runs on win95. Suresh -- is this WORKSFORME (you).
