322263 - Rendering of "PIN" "Kontonummer" form fields incorrect, Mozilla 1.7 does it right.

Just a minor rendering error.
Go to https://banking.postbank.de , click on the lower right on "weiter zum Online-Banking", on the second page the "Ihre Postbank / Kontonummer / PIN / Anmelden" part is rendered wrong. When I make the Window smaller (right for an 800x600 screen) 
Displays right in Mozilla 1.7.11, IE6. Seamonkey profile is very fresh, just 2 days old with adblock add-on. (The Mozilla Profile is over 2 years old)


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. https://banking.postbank.de
2. click on the lower right on "weiter zum Online-Banking"
3. See wrong rendering.

Actual Results:  
Nothing, the site still worksnormal.

Expected Results:  
See attached screens.

Ignore the colors in my screenshots, I reduced to 16-color gif to make the attachment small.

Confirming with SeaMonkey trunk builds and FF 1.5. WFM with Mozilla 1.7.12. Added the direct URL.

the two INPUTS have an "emptyline" DIV between with style clear:both, but it's inside a FIELDSET
