32249 - newsgroups should be threaded by default

News groups should be displayed in threaded mode by default.  When you subscribe
to a newsgroup, the flag that says you want to read in threded mode should be
turned on automatically.

yes, but only after new-ness gets populated up to the thread parent (I think
there's another bug on that). Until that happens, I honestly find threading
pretty useless.

while snews:// urls will work for autosubscribe purposes, the uri's for the
nsIMsgFolders for secure newsgroups begin with news:/, not snews://

the secure info lives in the nsIMsgIncomingServer, the isSecure attribute.

This has regressed; newsgroups are no longer threaded by default.  I filed 
bug 86326 for the regression.
