User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 whenever firefox executes any command the browser hogs all of the system's resources slowing everything down to a drag. Examples: When i open firefox for the first time, it slows everything else that i am doing to a crawl. Also when i scroll or open a webpage is slows down the computer. I am not running a slow computer, and the applications that i run in the backround are not that demanding either. I have also checked the task manager and it shows that 100% of the CPU is being used when this happens. Please try and fix this with an update as soon as possible. Thank you. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: I use the Theme: noia 2.0 extreme version 2.994 extentions: Adblock, IE View, Fasterfox, IE Tab, Digg This!, Adblock Filterset.G updater, Viamatic foXpose, Disable targets for downloads, Linkification, Firefox View, Bug Me Not, Tab X, Yahoo Photos Easy Upload Tool.
Works for me: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 One of the extensions you have installed is likely the culprit here. Running Firefox in safe mode (http://kb.mozillazine.org/safe_mode) will confirm this. Should the problem continue, please see the MozillaZine forums (http://forums.mozillazine.org) for further assistance.
