I am using 20060113 trunk, but have been noticing this for a few days. The back and forward buttons are getting disabled pretty frequently by some forms. The buttons do not gray out, but pressing them results in nothing. You can use the drop-down to navigate to page *before* the form, but then the forward button is disabled.

An example can be seen by going to http://www.cdcovers.cc/pc_m.php and selecting a product and image and then trying to go back.
This sounds like Bug 323407. :)
