[RFE] Context menu for mailto links, changes to "copy" option

Details
Currently, both http and mailto links have "copy link location" on their
context menus. For mailto, I think this should be replaced by:
"copy mailto link"
and
"copy e-mail address"

I'm rolling this into bug 32358 to make my life easier. If I get under 75 bugs,

Also, would it kill anybody if I just always copied the email address (and just
had one menu choice). I can't imagine where you'd actually like to include the
"mailto:" prefix when you go to copy it, and people are going to start
complaining if the context menu doesn't get simpler.
