region.properties in both fx and tb is a mess of branding-related entries which
shouldn't offer the amount of choices we currently offer.
Most of the entries should be in branding, and auto-generated.

I would almost consider this a DUPE of bug 318639 where you mentioned something like this already. Both this and the previously mentioned bug are about updating region.properties.

I'd rather say that that one depends on this one, bug 318639 is about where
the URLs point to, this bug is really about the technical way to implement that,
and has different kind of l10n-impact.

Just showing some progress here, this perl script takes the branding scheme and
locale as argument, and returns an include file to define central and start.
