User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060108 SeaMonkey/1.5a Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060108 SeaMonkey/1.5a Using the Classic theme, the tree twisties (as shown when opening and closing the Preferences dialog categories, for instance) are hardcoded with a static GIF image to be "+" and "-". However, this is a Windows element that is set via the OS. (I.e. as in "regedit".) Mozilla Classic is ignoring the Windows style and using its own instead. Unlike all of the other GUI elements I'm aware of that do pick up on the Windows theme for that image. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use a Windows theme that uses an icon different than "+" and "-" for tree twisties. 2. Launch SeaMonkey with the Classic theme. 3. Go to the Prefences dialog. Actual Results: Tree twisties are not being skinned per the Windows OS them in place. Expected Results: Tree twisties should be skinned per the OS, not hardcoded to a specific image.
This is an issue in toolkit as well - nsITheme doesn't extend to twisties just now, basically. - Chris
