upon first opening Camino (1.0b), nothing works

Details
The first time I launched the new version of Camino, nothing worked. The browser window was not movable or resizable, I could not enter text in the Address bar, and almost all the menu items were grayed out (including Quit!). I force-quit the broswer, relaunched it, and now everything is fine. I had previously been using Camino 0.9b.
Probably bug 314072.
Unless this happens again (say with Camino 1.0 RC, or randomly between now and then), let's chalk this up to bug 314072 like Torben says; it certainly sounds like that bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 314072 ***
