The font used for displaying Mozilla interface (menus, dialogs), is too small compared to the usual gtk2 build.
See the attached screenshots for the difference.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Also note how font autoselection is wrong - it simply picked up the first font from the list of fonts on my machine

The font sizes for the preferences window are fine for me in Firefox...haven't tried Seamonkey.

Confirmed.

Ever confirmed: true
Still happens in Cairo+GTK2 Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060328 SeaMonkey/1.5a.
I guess it depends on the set of installed fonts in the system, so the font autoselection borkage is probably the real cause here.

This WFM, is it still a problem?

might've been bug 332926. Are people who see this bug using gnome or not?

Yes.
Seems to be fixed, I assume by the bug 332926. Though the font used is still different from the plain GTK2 build. And I'm using XFCE, not Gnome.
Font autoselection is still broken, I guess it's a different bug.
