Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5 After an unexpected power loss, I restarted Windows & opened Firefox. Toolbar customizations had vanished. Homepage info had been deleted; Firefox opened on its own home page, not mine. Entire History was OK. But in Bookmarks, the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder had been emptied. Yet a Bookmark folder that I had created still contained all data. Bookmarks that not been put into the folder were missing. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1.I'm not sure how to reproduce this. Build up more Bookmarks, customize the toolbar, then unplug the computer and restart it? That would be my guess. 2. 3. I have not yet re-built my Bookmarks & re-customized my Toolbar. I am reluctant to do all that work just to see if I can once more make it disappear!
There should be a folder with bookmarkbackups in your profile folder. For support see http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=38 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 193749 ***
