User's can't login into the webmail of Netscape Messaging Server 4.15



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
goto your webmail server's login page
the username/password screen appears. After entering username,password and click
on Login.


Actual Results:  I see an empty screen, it's URL is http://webmail/login.msc
Expected Results:  I should see my messages and mailboxes

as webmail uses CSS, that might be a problem with the Style system...

The given URL doesn't go anywhere. I can get to webmail login screen via 
webmail.netscape.com just fine with a build from 3/21. If this is a reproducible 
bug and you think it's style system related please assign it there.

This bug is very unlikely to be related to the Style System. I rather suspect 
some similarities with the now famous bug 20784.

I'm changing the component to Form Submission but reassigning the bug to phil, 
hoping he can get us a copy of "Messaging Server 4.15". Phil, if you can get us 
that, could you please reassign to the owner? And if you can't, just escalate the 
problem...
