Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.5.0.1 With earlier versions of Firefox (version 1.0.7 and below) the scroll bars functioned properly. When I tried to upgrade to verions 1.5 and then to version 1.5.0.1, there were no longer any scroll bars, except a small fragment of the right-hand side of a non-functioning horizontal scroll bar, which in the middle of the URL entry box just to the left of the "Go" button. There are no other vertical or horizontal scroll bars on the browser screen. I had to re-install version 1.0.7 to get the scroll bars back. This is a "show stopper" for version 1.5X for me. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Firefox 1.5 or 1.5.01 2. Voila -- there are no scroll bars anywhere 3. Actual Results: No scroll bars. Expected Results: There should be two sets of vertical scroll bars to the right of the Bookmarks pane and to the right of the browser screen. There should be a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the browser screen for wide web pages that don't fit on the screen. I am using the Noia Extreme theme. My computer is a Compaq Presario 7478, which uses an AMD-K6-2 533 MHz processor with 320 MB of RAM. The display is a Trident Video Accelerator Blade 3D v5.8064 with a Compaq 16.3 monitor. The video accelerator is set to maximum. The OS is Windows 2000 SP4 with the W2K rollup installed.
