Umm... you need to provide a site you're having a problem with. If it's every site........ Camino's form-fill requires user-intervention, in that you have to press a button or use the key command (or menu option) for it to fill in. It's not automatic. Auto-fill is covered in other bugs.
This will probably end up being a dupe of bug 319792.
