It's very irritating. Firefox should have the ability to turn them off. It is the same kind of popup that you get when you move the mouse over a bookmark on the toolbar. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to a website that uses these popups. 2. Move your mouse over the page. 3.
Sounds like intellitext? Anyway, an URL to an example website would probably help..
