What about implementin 'preview' button. Preview result in a new window
(for me it'll be autoopened in next tab). Possibly coloring 'yellow' the fields
that are'n't filled yet (thus you 'll remind people to fill all possible info
for bugreport). The preview should open in a new window & should 've only one
button - 'close' - that's to not interfer w/ current logic of bugzilla
beheviour - the 'commit' should work as before independently to the preview
window.

The preview is good for:

1. look for your not yet submitted post for fixing it before posting. For example I oftenly find somthing that I would like to rewrite in my bugreports (spelling, telling same in other words) if I could, but posting is already done.
W/ preview button I'll 've a chance to reread & fix.
 
2. Highlighting form fields that are not filled by a user reporting a bug. For example some people oftenly forget to fill in some of fields & devel folks 've to ask them for exact environment. If we could point reporters attention it may
result in a better reports.

If implemented w/ only one 'close' button that would NOT interfer w/ current logic of bugreport submitions while being a good thing for users. Also this should be relatively simple to implement, since that doesn't touch core logic.

Hope you'd like to implement that kind of UI enhancement. With coloring (yellow for example) unfilled bugreport form fields you would point bugreporter attantion & most probably would give developers better reports, at least from
those who'll take care. At least coloring w/ yellow (or red) usually rips attention.
