Would it be possible to add a function (ex. command-shift-R) to reload the current page, but override the built in "Block web-advertising" setting? As mentioned in this MozillaZine thread: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=382944

Seems similar to the request to add a "disable pop-up blocking" menu item which was wontfixed (either in bugzilla or on IRC). Adding menu items for all the little annoyance blocking things we do may get a bit much. We could start getting requests for a similar "cookie" disabling. I recommend WONTFIX.
We already provide a way to do this. Uncheck the pref in Web Features, reload the page, and voilà, all the evil ads are back. Check the pref, reload the page, and the ads are gone.
