The column header of the sidebar in the bookmark manager says "Groups", but the tooltip of the button below it says "Add new collection". The context menu in the side bar has a menu item "Add Collection".

Suggested fix: Change the column header to "Collections". This is consistent with Safari.

I'm tempted to confirm this because it's a legitmate request, but is there some reason we don't have it named correctly currently?

We call them "collections" everywhere else; given the other bugs we've had on the Manager and the Info panel, I'm pretty sure this was just language getting out of sync again.

This is just a nib change in BookmarksEditing.nib, in the BookmarkManager view, whenever someone feels like doing a .nib chicken.
