I wanted to open a file, the file open dialog is now open, I switched to another browser/firefox-instance (not to another tab), there I want to download a file. The download-dialog appears, but it doesn't enable the OK-Button neither I can submit the Abort/Cancel-Button, the only thing i can do is to close the dialog with the window-close-button (x) in the top right corner or to switch the options between open-with and save-on-disc.
Short:
there is no possibility to download a file with firefox, if another instance of the browser has an opened file-open-dialog.
Best regards,
Thomas
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. process an open file dialog and leave it open
2. switch to another browser instance
3. now you try to download a file within the the other instance
Actual Results:
the download-dialog appears with an useless cancel and an disabled ok-button
Expected Results:
There should an working cancel-button and an enabled and working ok-button.
If you close the file open dialog, you can download files without problems in the other instances.
