328022 - prepare for 1.5.0.2 l10n

There are a few items to be fixed before we can head out 1.5.0.2:

- fix windows tinderbox for firefox.
/cygdrive/c/builds/tinderbox/Fx-Mozilla1.8.0-l10n/WINNT_5.2_Clobber/firefox-installer.exe
is missing on WINNT 5.2 moz180-win32-tbox Dep Fx-Release for all repackaging 
builds
- clean up ftp dirs
the release ftp bits, 
http://stage.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/1.5.0.1/win32/ and 
friends, contains all locales, not just the released ones.
Comparing ftp to http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html shows
ga-IE, gu-IN, lt, mn, pa-IN are affected.
- update intranet documentation to release only release bits.

yesterday afternoon Linux esx-test-vm1 Dep Tb-Release left the planet on the 
1.8.0 tree. may be diskspace.

Affected machines: karma, boomer, cerberus

I just setup the Mozilla1.8-l10n tinderboxen to resume pulling nightly 1.8 builds, and to upload their l10n builds to latest-mozilla1.8-l10n/ on stage. (see bug 328564)
