We're looking at removing the DIR_Server structure from address book altogether. One of the things we need to do is to is to replace the current dir_GetPrefsFrom4{0,5}Branch with new functions where we will deal entirely with the prefs service to copy user prefs from one place to the other.

There may be some redundancy in what we copy, but I don't see that we can easily get around that.
Bug 323181 got away without doing this, removing from the deps list.

The migration code was removed by bug 379647, therefore this bug is no invalid.
