Details
When a user who has had their account disabled attempts to login, we currently trigger an Internal Server Error instead of informing them that their account has been disabled. We should choose one of the two valid error paths -- the litmus error screen or the message status popup (js) -- and display a useful error message about the login failure.

We now display a proper error message and direct the user to contact Litmus admins.
