You should be able to press "Edit" and go down to "Find in all tabs" and be able to search text in all the tabs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I'm trying to think how this would work... are you thinking of maybe something similar to bug 268318? I don't see how you could "find" something in all tabs.

As of now, what you type in the find bar persists across tabs, so all you would have to do is switch tabs and hit "Find Next". Having something that showed which tabs something was found it is a bit too much, and if this is what you're asking for, this bug should probably be WONTFIXed.
