HI,
I already sent one email; and no helped me! I HAVE STATED CAN U PLEASE ADD MY WEBSITE WWW.EIGHTCUBED.CA ON YOUR SEARCH ENGINE!

If this is not the place for me to do this, than tell me where to go and with whom to speak to. DO NOT SEND ME AN EMAIL SIMPLY STATING THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! This only prolongs the conflict/issue, and I will be forced to call in and speak to a supervisor/MANAGER...which I really would rather not do...
Thank you for your time

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
none; no one directed to me to the right location, or gave me an specific email to write to, or gave me a name of a person!

Expected Results:
Well, i wrote an email once already, someone did respond, but they only said this isn't the place to report such problems; but than they didn't give me any alternative!
I just want to know than who am I suppose to speak to????? And more importantly who CAN help me than?
PLEASE DIRECT ME TO THE PROPER PERSON/EMAIL OR PLACE THAT I SHOULD BE REPORTING THIS ISSUE, IF THIS ISN'T IT, THAN WHERE AM I SUPPOSE TO GO?
Stop filing bugs here. Firefox does not have a search engine. It has a search bar. If you want your site to appear in the search bar, you need to create a search plugin for it an give it to your users. See http://mycroft.mozdev.org/deepdocs/deepdocs.html for details on how to create a search plugin.

Firefox does not have a search engine, it *USES* other search engines like Google or Yahoo through search plugins (you can switch among them with the icon). You need to register your site through them, or wait until they discover you automatically. Your site is present on Google for instance, so it appears when you type 'eightcubed', and search with the Google icon. You probably don't want to create your own search-plugin, that's more srach enginines themselves.

PS : http://www.eightcubed.ca/home.htm doesn't work in Firefox or in other browsers, because it uses 'file' links that point to your *own* hard disk, like file:///C:\Roberto's%20Folder\Eightcubed\Website\Graph%202005\Contact.htm instead of the correct one http://www.eightcubed.ca/contact.htm . Nobody, except you, can access your site. Please consult a book about webdesign.
