when you enter characters to the fields it is accepting more than the data size

Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch the application <desktop> oles.exe
2.enter valid login id,password,select a role
3.click on ok button
4.enter candidate details it is accepting more than the data size

Actual Results:  
acceting more than the data size

Expected Results:  
it should throw a appropriate error message
