Whenever a sheet appears while you have a menu open in the menu bar, it blocks your access to the menu, but it does not close it until you close the sheet. This can be really annoying or frustrating when the menu, in turn, obscures the sheet.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Preferences > Privacy, make sure you have selected "Accept cookies from any site" or "Accept cookies only from sites you visit" and turned on "Ask before accepting each cookie".
2. Go to a site that is not on your Exceptions List, preferably one that takes a while to load.
3. Open a menu from the menu bar, preferably a big one such as Go or Bookmarks, before the page has finished loading, so that Camino will show the cookie sheet while you have the menu open.
Actual Results:
A cookie sheet appears and blocks access to the menu. The menu, however, stays open and blocks your view of the sheet.
Expected Results:
The default behavior in Apple's apps is to keep the menu accessible and not blocked while the sheet is visible, but to disable (gray out) certain menu items instead. The same goes for modal dialog windows, too. This is also the behavior Camino exhibits with the Open File sheet or the Save As dialog, for example.

I just noticed that if you DON'T have any menus open while a sheet (such as a cookie sheet) appears, you CAN in fact still access the menu bar. It's only when you already have a menu open in the menu bar that things go awry when a sheet appears.
