Beltzner recently moved a bug from server ops (where it belonged) to newsgroups, which wasn't proper per the newsgroups description.

<timelyx> if bugzilla were to list the description of the component you select as you select it
<timelyx> would that have prevented you from keeping that selection?
<beltzner> yes
<beltzner> and I wouldn't have misfiled the bug

Steps to reproduce:
1. create component names that aren't absolutely intuitive about their contents
2. be sure that not everyone reads their description, the easiest way to do this is to not include the description in enter_bug/show_bug.
3. wait for someone to load a bug and try to helpfully move it to the component they think is best.

Suggested Fix:
Show the product/component description (kinda like guided does for enter_bug)
