We should probably have some kind of filtering mechanism, which
could be used to prevent for example mutation events to propagate from
anonymous content (XBL or some cases native anon) to non-anon.

As I've said elsewhere, I think it's time to move to an nsEventList.h which will have macros that contain info about our various event types, then include it various other places as needed...
