just opening attachment dialog causes crash

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select 'new message' in MailNews
2. click in attachment area
3. crash

Actual Results:  
crash

Expected Results:  
normal work - select a file to attach with message

I've found that this bug repeating when opening dialog box in directory containing some cp1251 entries.

the code that's crashing isn't ours. you're going to have to find a gtk2 person or something. if you can rebuild gtk2/glib and possibly /lib/tls/i686/cmov/libc.so.6 with symbols, then gdb can help you further. (we'll continue to help as long as you keep providing more information.)

After numerous experiments the problem was solved with replacing belocs-locales with locales package from Debian distribution.

Yevgeny: As with Bug 329161, I think this would be a RESOLVED WORKSFORME.  If it is not, can you reproduce with the latest version of Seamonkey?
