330303 - If windows crashes, localstore.rdf can become corrupt

If Microsoft Windows XP crashes, any customization to the Mozilla Firefox toolbars and the history are reset when you launch Mozilla Firefox. Must use Mozilla Firefox (safe mode) and completely reset the browser to make the toolbar customization and history stay, or they disappear every time you exit

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Customize toolbars, move address bar and search box etc, exit browser
2. Crash windows XP (Some programs have facilities to do this)
3. Restart computer, login to any account
4. Launch browser and toolbars may have reset in addition to history

Actual Results:  
Toolbars reset, and so did history

Expected Results:  
Saved the toolbars and not have wiped the history

The only way to fix this problem:
1. Restart computer
2. Launch browser and see if toolbars etc are working if not:
3. Click Start: All Programs, Mozilla Firefox and launch Mozilla Firefox(SAFE MODE) then tick all the checkboxes that appear.
4. Close safe mode
5. Re-launch in normal mode
6. All toolbars and customization will stay!
