It could be nice if a mingw tinderbox was added. it should try to compile mozilla using mingw, gcc on windows

At least before the free version of VC++ came out, it was because it was a free compiler toolchain that would allow Windows users to compile and develop Mozilla without paying for a compiler.
WONTFIXing this. Is there even a mingw owner for Firefox (to fix it if it breaks)? We'd be happy to host a mingw tbox on tinderbox.m.o, though.
