Install today's b1 verification bits
Launch into profile manager
create new profile (also happens with migrated profile)
start netscape
Type 'aka' into URL field, <Enter>
Nothing loads, throbber spins forever.
Click Stop.
Throbber stops in mid-spin.
Browser is unresponsive.
Have to annihilate window
On further investigation, this is probably due to having other, separate copies
of netscape and psm resident, no doubt left behind following previous crashes.
Once I killed the others, and relaunched, I was able to get to AKA via clicking
on the link in W3. I don't know why netscape is leaving behind dead pieces of
itself, nor if there is another bug that covers this problem.
I'll leave it to you to determine how to resolve this bug.
Reassigning to Security:Crypto to handle PSM issues.

cc dougt. Don't know if this is related, but I also crashed once today logging
in to optionslink.com, after clicking login, but before the single-signon (?)
dialog came up.
I can not reproduce this with the trunk bits.
beta1 is done. I can't reproduce with the m15 builds. We know there are
problems between the cartman that shipped with beta1 and the one that works with
mozilla m14 and beyond. Sounds like a configuration problem.

Mark, Is there anything that can be done in the client lib that will notice that
the wrong server is being used?
cant reproduce. John, can you verify this.
