33067 - want something like Altavista for bugzilla search

I tried to search for duplicates, but I gave up.
The trial-and-error involved takes too much time
over a slow connection.

I want something like Altavista. By this I mean
I want a search that covers all fields at once,
and that lets me include or exclude as many terms
as needed.

The title or subject should be considered more
important than the body, but both should be part
of the search.

There is definitely something to be said for this idea.  However, there are
probably performance implications for doing this.  As I recall, Christine was
doing some thinking in this area, so I'm reassigning to her.  I've also CCed
Terry in case he has any comments.
