There is no way to scroll ANY page and the bookmark arrow is DIRECTLY on top of where I should type in a site IP address! >.< I'm NOT HAPPY WITH THE NEW FIREFOX!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.It been this way since I downloaded
2.uninstall/reinstall
3.STILL HAPPENS

Actual Results:  
Nothing...I've having the exact same problem no matter what I did

Expected Results:  
Well, I should be able to scroll pages as well as type in the IP Address
