After the merge of the location bar and the search bar, the "Location" text is now unaligned/disaligned to the location bar.
This is because it's at the center of the whole thing, instead of just the location textfield.

It's inline with the search field, which is shorter. The search field should be taller.

How exactly is this a bug? We have one toolbar item, and it has a label, and the label is centered relative to the item. That's standard toolbar behavior, and AFAIK not something we have any ability to override (even assuming we wanted to).

Technically it is not a bug, but visually "Location" has to do with the location textfield and not the search textfield, so one expects it to be aligned to the location bar.
It's easier to see if you resize the window to be smaller.

We accepted several problems when we went to the combined toolbar item, and this is probably the least of them, but the call was that they were worth the gain of resizeability. We aren't going to switch over to a completely custom toolbar, so this is a WONTFIX.
If someone knows a way to attach separate, individually positioned labels to a single item in a standard NSToolbar, feel free to re-open.
