Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. middle click a bookmarklet 2. 3. Actual Results: tab opens but nothing loads in the tab Expected Results: tab opens with bookmarklet loading in it
Using a March 27 trunk build of Firefox, and the "google" bookmarklet on http://www.squarefree.com/bookmarklets/search.html, WFM. This might be a dup of bug 55696, but before I mark it as such, I'd like to know what bookmarklet you're having this problem with.
I just tested it with the Google bookmarklet you said, and that doesn't seem to work for me. I also have Acronym lookup, Wikipedia lookup and Alexa site profile. None of these will work when middle clicking. However, it does look like a dup of bug 55696, though I'm not much of a coder. Thanks for looking into it. :) Luke.
Reporter, do you still see this problem with the latest Firefox 2? If not, can you please close this bug as WORKSFORME. Thanks!
