IE displays the tooltips corectly and they do not seem to blink. Seems like it might be a javascript bug. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter site 2. Let cursor over over the word "title" for a few seconds. 3. if the curson is low enough, the tooltip blinks, otherwise, lower the cursor a bit. Actual Results: The tooltip keeps on blinking. Expected Results: The tooltip shuold not blink.
I've tried it with Mozilla and IE6, IE6 also shows the problem to me, so I think this is a website issue.
