Tooltips created by javascript blink on and off constantly when the mouse cursor is over the tip that appears.
IE displays the tooltips corectly and they do not seem to blink.
Seems like it might be a javascript bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter site
2. Let cursor over over the word "title" for a few seconds.
3. if the curson is low enough, the tooltip blinks, otherwise, lower the cursor a bit.

Actual Results:  
The tooltip keeps on blinking.

Expected Results:  
The tooltip shuold not blink.

I've tried it with Mozilla and IE6, IE6 also shows the problem to me, so I think this is a website issue.
