When I view a video in my browser, the file remains in the cache for a period of time. It would be nice if my browser could be a bit torrent feeder for large files I have in my cache. This would help lower server bandwidth usage.
Reproducible: Always

This can't be done for random http files on the net. They have to be bittorent feeds in the first place, which would work like bug 236755 (if that is ever implemented).
