Reporter, do you still see this problem with the latest Firefox 2? If not, can you please close this bug as WORKSFORME. Thanks!

I am seeing this same problem in Firefox 2.0.0.4 I am using an embed element to display a Flash movie. The wmode is set to transparent and the element is absolutely positioned on the page. When the Flash movie is positioned over an Iframe element, the portion of the Flash movie that is over the Iframe is not interactive. It layers correctly over the Iframe but it does not register any mouse interactions over that portion of the movie. I have not seen any solutions to this problem yet, although it has been documented on several forums and Mozilla bugs. Does anyone know a solution to this?

I'm having this problem too. I positioned a Flash MP3 Player over the IFrame where the pages are loaded, so the music doesn't start over everytime the page is changed. The movie loads correctly, however, the user can't control the player, because there's no mouse interaction with the Flash movie. Is there any solution for this?!
do you see this problem if you use flash version 10, and FF 3.x beta http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html If not, please close with resolution set to worksforme.
