If you close the print preview tab, you can never exit the print preview mode (with the toolbar) and returns to the normal mode (except by shutting down FF of course). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Switch to "print preview" mode 2. Open a new webpage from outside FF (from TB e.g.). With my config of tabbed browsing, it opens a new tab in the last used FF window. 3. Close the Print preview tab. 4. You are stuck with the web page and the print preview toolbar and you have to close FF.
