Comment added for the existing bug which has mid-air collision loaded twice.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. log in differnt machines ( two machine)
2. Add a comment to bug which already open.
3. click "commit".
4. will say "mid air collision error"
Actual Results:
Open the same bug and check the comment it will be added twice.
second comment(samme comment) is added in 3 seconds time differentce.
I reproduces this thrice.
Expected Results:
It should be added once.

2.16.1 is a very old version and the support for 2.16 will be dropped in the next few days. You should upgrade to 2.20.1.
