I want to define a workflow, where I say, if an adminbug has been
filed then based on the priority of the bug it gets assigned to a specific
person,with a mail to the person who has logged the bug. If the person who
has been assigned the bug does not respond in next 4 hours, then an escalation
mail goes out to a specific person, and to the person who logged the bug.
