Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060406 Firefox/1.6a1 Preview a web page. The print toolbar is shown at the top. Click the Potrait/Landscape or Zoom selector. The toolbar disappears after affecting the change. The user is required to select File > Print Preview again to get the toolbar back. Else switching back to normal mode becomes impossible, as Close button is not available.
I see the toolbar disappear, but then immediately reappear, using current branch and trunk.
This doesn't seem to happen anymore with the latest Firefox on Windows XP.
