When I right-click a search box and click "Add a Keyword for this Search...", an add quick search or similar dialog does not appear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a site that has a search box (for example, http://google.com/)
2. Right-click the search box
3. Click "Add a Keyword for this Search..."

Actual Results:  
Nothing happened.

Expected Results:  
An Add Quick Search dialog should have appeared
